The Ledges: Old York's 19th Annual Decorator Show House

Old York's 19th Annual Decorator Show House will be held at The Ledges on Gerrish Island in Kittery Point, Maine. This recently renovated 1890s shingle-style home features dozens of spaces, each decorated by one of the region’s most talented and imaginative designers. The Ledges overlooks the dramatic coastline of the Piscataqua River and the Naval Shipyard. It is a beautifully renovated home, located on a rocky knoll nestled in the heavily forested areas of Gerrish Island near Chauncey Creek. There are several fireplaces throughout the home's large rooms. Original window seats allow occupants to enjoy the ocean view. The shingle-style Queen Anne with a gambrel roof and exterior rough stonework is once again a splendid residence!

The Decorator Show House will run from July 19th through August 16th. The Ledges, located at 36 Pocahontas Road in Kittery Point, can be viewed Monday, Wednesday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday until 7 p.m. and Sunday, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. It is closed on Tuesdays. On-site parking is available and admission is $20. Tickets to the Show House are good for $2.00 off the cost of admission to the Museums of Old York.
