Emerson-Wilcox House Museum

The Emerson-Wilcox House is open for guided tours only, and for the special exhibition, New Englanders Abroad: Souvenirs from the Grand Tour.

Old Gaol Museum

The Old Gaol Museum, established 1656 (a National Historic Landmark), is open for self-guided tours.

Perkins House Museum 

The Perkins House Museum is undergoing renovations and is scheduled for a grand re-opening later this summer.

Museum Center

The Museum Center, home to Jefferds Tavern, the York Corner Schoolhouse, and the Remick Gallery, featuring the exhibition, The Best of York: Treasures from the Collection, and the Bulman Bed Hangings, is open for self-guided tours.

The 1692 York Candlemas Raid: Memories and Myths

A special walking tour exploring the truth and legend behind York’s devastating 1692 Candlemas Raid. Tickets are available at the Museum Center.
